I reached out to Nick and he listened to all of my concerns regarding an area in the living room which looked suspicious and possibly the cause of some respiratory issues. Nick could sense the urgency of the situation during our conversation. He was able to move his schedule around and come out the next day! He was prompt, polite, and professional. I knew right away that I contacted the right person for the job. Nick was very thorough and careful with the equipment being respectful inside the home. As he took samples, he explained what he was doing along with the process and answered every question. Nick's detailed report was very comprehensive and easy to understand. When I asked about remediation, he stated he only does testing to maintain the integrity of the process and avoids any potential conflict of interest. I truly appreciate his honesty and unwillingness to compromise any part of the process. All of the positive aspects of this experience are important but, sometimes, just as important are also the things you don't get. No shortcuts, not in a rush to get to the next job, no upselling, and no ulterior motives. The next time I have an issue, Nick and Santa Clarita Mold Inspection will be my first and only call.
